Stewardship/Citizen Science
The Irvine Ranch Conservancy will establish scheduled public stewardship opportunities led by trained Lead Land Stewards. Projects include exotic weed removal, wildlife studies, clean up days, nursery maintenance and seed collecting and planting. In addition, volunteers are trained and guided by IRC’s scientists and get involved in many projects including wildlife access monitoring and oak woodlands projects, as well as post-fire surveys and monitoring of species and habitats. You don’t have to be a scientist to participate! Just click here to sign up. If you have further questions send us an email or call 714.508.4757.
